Rajasthan Board to Announce Class 12 Results Today
The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) will declare the Class 12 results today, Thursday, May 22, 2025. The results will be announced for all three streams — Science, Commerce, and Arts — simultaneously. Students will be able to check their results online.
Education Minister to Announce Results
Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar will participate in the result announcement via video conferencing. The formal declaration will be made by Board Administrator and Divisional Commissioner Mahesh Chandra Sharma at 5:00 PM. Students can then access their results on the official RBSE website as well as news portals like Amar Ujala.
Passing Criteria for Class 12
According to RBSE guidelines, students must score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject to pass. Those who fail to achieve the minimum marks in one or two subjects will be eligible to appear for compartment exams, providing a second chance to qualify for promotion.
Simultaneous Release of All Streams
RBSE has confirmed that results for Science, Commerce, and Arts streams will be declared at the same time, just like last year. Board Secretary Kailash Chandra Sharma stated that a total of 8,93,616 students registered for the Class 12 exams this year, including:
- Science: 2,73,984 students
- Commerce: 28,250 students
- Arts: 5,87,475 students
- Senior Upadhyay Exam: 3,907 students
Exam Timeline and Preparation
The RBSE Class 12 exams were conducted successfully across all exam centers from March 6, 2025. The board has now completed all preparations for result declaration.
How to Check RBSE 12th Result 2025 Online
Students can follow these steps to check their results:
- Visit the official website: rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in
- Click on the “Class 12th Result 2025” link on the homepage
- Enter your Roll Number and other required details
- Click the Submit button
- Your result will appear on the screen
- You can print or download the result for future reference
Get Results via SMS and Mobile
Apart from the official website, students can also receive their results through SMS services. By sending a message from their registered mobile number, students will be able to access their scores. This service will be activated on the result day.
What to Do After the Result?
After the results are declared, students can download the soft copy of their mark sheets immediately. The original mark sheets and certificates will be distributed through respective schools in the coming days.
Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for revaluation. The board will soon release the dates and process for answer sheet rechecking.
Class 10 Result Coming Soon
Board Secretary Kailash Chandra Sharma also mentioned that the RBSE Class 10 Result will be released soon. Though the official date has not been announced yet, the results are expected in the near future. Lakhs of students who appeared for the Class 10 exams are now awaiting their results.
